Day 6: Dissolving Fear with Horse Wisdom

Fear is a funny thing. Sometimes it stops you cold in your tracks. Some rescue cats showed me today that hunkering down, shutting down, in the face of fear really doesn't help you feel better or move towards your goals. Thankfully, the horses had an easy lesson for walking through the fear so you too can move towards your heart-felt visions.

Gem showed me exactly how with her own four legs!  Let's see now.
